This unique blend allows her to guide individuals not merely to optimize, but to genuinely come alive.

Vivienne Tang, Founder & CEO of Destination Deluxe, has spent more than two decades shaping the global wellness and luxury travel landscape. Her career bridges high level publishing, wellness leadership, holistic training, and retreat design, giving her a perspective that combines clarity, intuition, and depth. At this retreat, she brings grounded leadership and plays an active role in shaping the group dynamic.
Earlier in her media career, Vivienne worked as a fashion editor before moving into wellness publishing as Editor-in-Chief of AsiaSpa magazine, where she shaped wellness narratives and led one of the region’s key industry titles. Before establishing Destination Deluxe, she also co-owned The Sanctuary Hong Kong, one of the city’s pioneering wellness centers, gaining firsthand insight into building transformative environments.
Her training in Neuro Regulation, Kinesiology, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and Reiki deepens her understanding of emotional patterns, nervous system behavior, and group dynamics. She also has a refined awareness of energetic dynamics, allowing her to sense subtle shifts within a group.
Vivienne is known for her ability to bring people together and create community. She has a natural command of group energy, helping participants feel at ease, connected, and part of something meaningful. Through her work with the annual Destination Deluxe Awards & Wellness Summit, she regularly convenes global leaders and visionaries at an international level, reinforcing her role as a connector and community builder.

Cristina Dörig

Cristina Dörig is a passionate traveler, holistic well-being advocate, and curator of meaningful experiences. With a rich and diverse background spanning law, interior design, fashion, event organization, and international trust business, she brings a unique blend of creativity, structure, insight, empathy, and heart to every retreat she organizes. Passionate about exploring cultures and holistic practices, Cristina designs journeys that awaken curiosity, nurture the soul, and create space for reflection and connection.
Yoga first entered her life in 2000 during university, becoming a steady “homecoming” that has shaped her holistic approach to wellbeing. She is an International Yoga Alliance (RYT®) registered yoga teacher since 2012 and trained in meditation and mindfulness since 2020. Though no longer teaching, her lifelong practice informs the mindfulness and intention behind each curated experience.
At Destination Deluxe, Cristina curates retreats that help participants reconnect with their essence, discover inspiration, and embrace meaningful moments.
