What Is Datu Wellness? Datu Wellness is a wellbeing retreat that brings the depth of Eastern wisdom into dialogue with the rhythms of the West, creating space for meaningful and lasting transformation.

Datu Wellness convenes masters of the Eastern healing arts, including Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yoga, Tibetan Sowa Rigpa, sound therapies, Reiki and more. Drawn from respected ashrams, clinics and living lineages, these practitioners share their knowledge with integrity, generosity and a quiet devotion to the art of care.
The retreats combine restorative body treatments, Ayurvedic wellbeing consultations, mind coaching and yoga with a thoughtfully curated group programme designed to invigorate the body, calm the mind and uplift the spirit—all within the comfort, accessibility and natural beauty of the Mediterranean.

Guests attending the retreat from 3–10 April 2026 will have the opportunity to learn from a renowned Tibetan Lama and doctor of Tibetan medicine, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche, who will guide sessions in Tummo Fire Breathing—a once-secret Tibetan practice recognised as the origin of the Wim Hof Method—as well as Dzogchen meditation, meaning “Great Perfection.”
This gathering offers a rare chance to engage with teachings shaped by lived lineage and presence, translated with clarity, warmth and subtle humour into practices that are both accessible and profoundly transformative.
