The Destination Deluxe Awards & Wellness Day 2025 concluded with resounding success at the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, bringing together more than 200 global wellness leaders, visionaries, and practitioners for a multi-day event of meaningful dialogue, immersive experiences, and a glamorous celebration of excellence.
Now in its 7th year, the Destination Deluxe Awards continues to recognize the most innovative and impactful contributions in the fields of wellness, beauty, and luxury travel. This year, the Awards honored winners across 22 categories, alongside three People’s Choice Awards. Several new categories were introduced in 2025 — including Wellness Practitioner of the Year and Travel Agency of the Year — to reflect the industry’s growing diversity and evolving priorities. A distinguished panel of 21 judges helped determine the final honorees, reinforcing the awards’ credibility and influence.
Notable returning winners included Kamalaya Koh Samui, Shinta Mani Mustang – A Bensley Collection, Comfort Zone, and Subtle Energies. First-time winners also made a strong showing, representing an expanding global landscape of pioneering wellness destinations and innovators.
In alignment with the event’s future-facing ethos, Destination Deluxe also partnered with Regenerative Travel to publish a groundbreaking white paper that explores the intersection of ancient wisdom, modern innovation, and nature immersion. This collaborative report, which debuted at the event, calls for a new paradigm in tourism—one that bridges personal transformation and planetary wellbeing.
A central highlight of the event was the Wellness Day program, which unfolded across a full day of immersive activities, expert-led discussions, and transformative workshops. The thought leadership panels explored cutting-edge topics shaping the industry’s future. “Longevity Unlocked: Pushing the Boundaries of Beauty, Biohacking & Wellness” featured esteemed voices such as Sammy Gharieni (Gharieni Group), Tom Macpherson Le Maire (111SKIN), Professor Gerry Bodeker (Global Wellness Institute), and Dr. Chris Bachtsetzis (Longevity Center Switzerland). A second panel, “The Future of Wellness & Regenerative Travel: Designing Destinations with Soul,” gathered key leaders including Amanda Ho (Regenerative Travel), Melita Koulmandas (Song Saa Collective), Mahesh Natarajan (Ananda in the Himalayas), Laura Montesanti (Synergy – The Retreat Show), and Pascal Languillon (Luxe Wellness Club).
Workshops were led by prominent wellness facilitators, offering a deeper connection to the event’s themes of vitality, resilience, and transformation. Laura Hof, also known as “The Icewoman,” led a dynamic breathwork session, while Breath Inspired hosted an optional ice bath guided by certified Wim Hof Method instructors Kam Waritsara and Stuart Wilson. Akasha Wellness Bangkok curated a series of restorative sound baths that provided attendees with moments of deep reflection and sensory healing throughout the program.
